Responsive Theme 4 is a full screen website and adapts to desktop, tablet and mobile devices. It includes our 9 standard navigation pages along with our new property powering, which includes features such as image galleries, social network sharing capability, keyword radius search and location map, multiple property thumbnails, quick glance icons, local area information on schools, shops, hospitals etc, and negotiator information, plus much more.
The design is clean and very minimalist in keeping with current web design trends, and customer feedback. It incorporates large background photos throughout the website, which can either be a static image or multiple within a slideshow.
As standard the home page displays only the welcome text to aid search engine optimisation, and the logo and navigation on the left. However a search feature can be enabled on the home page should you want this. The bonus of this theme is that if you have an unusual shape logo, then it can be easily accommodated due to R4’s layout and design.
The website comes with a valuation and register form as standard.
